What is it?
A complete selection of MegaMod sound modules for the MegaGRRL Desktop hardware VGM player. Each MegaMod is a plug-in daughterboard carrying real, tested sound chips — no emulation, no clones (unless noted). Choose the chip family that matches the music you want to play.
Optionally bundle with a MegaGRRL Desktop unit for a complete ready-to-play system.
Why did you make it?
The OPL3 and OPNA MegaMods are designed by natalie (kunoichilabs). All other modules are designed by me. Every chip on every module is genuine, tested, and verified to function correctly — capable of producing beautiful, authentic music from the golden age of FM synthesis.
